Rosalin Kuiper is a professional offshore sailor with a passion for the Ocean and a proven track record in some of the world’s most prestigious offshore races.
She is the record holder for the monohull 24-hour distance record, set in The Ocean Race 2023 with 641.13 nautical miles sailed. Rosalin has sailed all legs of The Ocean Race as co-skipper with Team Malizia and as skipper of Team Holcim-PRB, finishing third overall in The Ocean Race Europe 2025. With over 100,000 nautical miles sailed, her experience drives her to inspire teams, promote diversity in sailing, and act as an ambassador for our Ocean.
